Depression, fear, and anxiety are natural and often unavoidable emotions that many of us encounter at various points in our lives. In our work together, we will create a space where you can express and explore these emotions freely, without judgment. My aim is to support you in finding your inner strength, building motivation, and gaining a renewed sense of perspective, all while moving toward a place of greater fulfillment and peace in your life.
Many individuals experience symptoms related to painful and traumatic events, such as anxiety, fear, and feelings of hopelessness. These emotions can linger long after the event, making it difficult to move forward.
It’s important to recognize that healing takes time, and it’s okay to take that time for yourself. Therapy offers a supportive space to help you process these emotions, navigate the grieving process, and guide you through your journey of healing.
Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, allowing you to heal, regain strength, and eventually move toward a place of peace and hope.

Each session lasts for 50 minutes and the cost for each session is £35.00.
Our first session will be an initial meeting where we’ll take time to get to know each other and explore how we can best work together.
We can schedule your next session at the end of each appointment.
